1.Do the impeller balance testing before leaving the factory.

2.During the rotation of the impeller, the pattern on the impeller will affect the judgment of the eye, and it cannot be judged by whether it looks round.

3.According to the work process based on professional reference materials and technical feedback, the impeller was tested on the dynamic balancing machine until it reached the required balance accuracy. The requirement for the imbalance margin was ≤ 2g.mm. According to the machine inspection, our imbalance margin has reached < 1g.mm.

4.We make sure that our impeller must be balanced before leaving the factory.
